Robotic process automation built for production
We design, build, and run custom RPA bots that work the same screens, files, and rules your team does — across legacy systems no API was ever written for.

How it works
Most back-office work isn't hard — it's just repetitive. Rekeying invoices, reconciling two exports that should already match, updating a record in three systems that refuse to talk to each other. RPA puts a software robot behind that keyboard: same screens, same rules, no fatigue and no 5pm cutoff. We build those bots as software you own, deployed in your environment, so capacity never becomes a licensing negotiation.
Process discovery before a line of code
We document how the work actually happens today, then automate the version that's worth automating.
- Time-and-motion study of the current process with the people who run it
- Volume, exception rate, and cost-per-transaction baseline you can measure against later
- Ruthless triage: which steps to automate, which to simplify first, which to leave alone
- A written automation blueprint with expected hours returned, signed off before build starts
Bots that survive real systems
Screen scraping that breaks on a UI change isn't automation — it's a support ticket with a schedule.
- API-first wherever an API exists; resilient UI automation only where it doesn't
- Attended, unattended, and hybrid bots with queue-based work distribution
- Document handling with OCR and AI extraction for invoices, forms, and scanned PDFs
- Version-controlled source code handed to you, not a proprietary flowchart you can't export
Orchestration, monitoring, and exception handling
Every bot ships with the operational tooling to know it ran, what it did, and what it couldn't do.
- Central orchestrator with schedules, retries, and priority queues across your bot fleet
- Exception routing to a named human with full context instead of a silent failure
- Audit logs on every transaction: input, decision, output, timestamp, credential used
- Alerting into Slack, Teams, or email, plus a dashboard your ops lead can read without training
Where teams use it
Built for real revenue work.
Accounts payable and invoice processing
Bots pull invoices from a shared inbox, extract line items, match them to purchase orders, and post to the ERP. Only genuine mismatches reach a human, which is usually under 8% of volume.
Claims, applications, and intake queues
High-volume intake gets validated, enriched, and routed the moment it arrives — including the copy-paste between a portal, a case system, and a spreadsheet that no integration ever covered.
Reconciliation and month-end close
Bots pull statements, compare them line by line against the ledger, and produce an exceptions report before the finance team logs in. Close cycles typically shorten by three to five days.
“We'd been quoted six figures a year in bot licences before we even had a working process. Leadify built four bots, handed us the repo, and our AP team stopped working Saturdays.”
FAQ
Questions, answered.
What are the three main RPA tools?
The market usually names UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism as the three established platforms, with Microsoft Power Automate now a serious fourth. They're capable, but they price per bot and per orchestrator, so your automation bill grows with your success. We build on open frameworks and give you the source code, which is why our clients' costs flatten after go-live instead of climbing.
What is robotic process automation, in plain terms?
RPA is software that operates other software the way a person does — logging in, reading a screen, copying a value, clicking submit. It's best suited to rule-based, high-volume, low-judgement work where the steps are consistent enough to write down. When judgement is required, we pair the bot with an AI model or route the case to a person with full context attached.
How long does an RPA project take and what does it cost?
A first production bot typically goes live in four to six weeks; a multi-process programme runs eight to twelve. We quote a fixed project cost after discovery, so the number you approve is the number you pay. There's no per-bot licence in that price — you own the platform and can add processes without renegotiating.
What happens when a system we automate gets updated?
We build defensively: API calls over screen interaction wherever possible, resilient selectors, and health checks that flag drift before a run fails. Every engagement includes a support window with a dedicated team who already know your processes. Because you hold the code, you're also free to maintain it in-house or with any partner later.
