Custom AI software built around your operations
We scope, build, and ship production AI for the workflows your business actually runs on. Fixed cost, a dedicated team, and full ownership of the code we write.

How it works
Most teams don't need another AI tool. They need software that knows their pricing rules, their approval chain, and the eight systems a single order touches, and off-the-shelf products will never know any of that. APPIT builds that software: custom AI applications designed around your operations, wired into the systems you already run, and priced as a fixed project before we write a line of code. You keep the repository, the models, and the deployment when we're done.
Fixed price agreed before the build starts
You get a scoped statement of work with a firm number, a delivery date, and a named team, not an open hourly meter.
- Fixed project cost, locked at scope sign-off
- Milestone-based payments tied to working software
- Change requests quoted separately, never absorbed silently
- Dedicated squad: solution architect, AI engineers, QA
Built on your data, inside your stack
We connect to your ERP, CRM, data warehouse, and document stores instead of asking your team to re-key work into a new tool.
- Integrations for Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, Snowflake
- Runs in your cloud account or ours, your call
- Model choice by use case, not vendor lock-in
- Optional native hookup to the Leadify platform
Production-grade, not a proof of concept
Everything ships with the monitoring, access controls, and evaluation suites a system needs to survive real users.
- SOC 2 aligned controls and role-based access
- Automated accuracy evaluations on every model change
- 99.9% uptime commitment with alerting and on-call
- Full documentation and handover so any team can maintain it
Where teams use it
Built for real revenue work.
Quote generation for complex product catalogs
A manufacturer's reps were spending two days per quote reconciling specs, tiered pricing, and lead times. We built an AI quoting engine on top of their ERP that drafts a priced, spec-checked quote in minutes for a human to approve.
Intake triage for high-volume document queues
Claims, applications, and vendor packets arrive as PDFs, scans, and email threads. Custom extraction and classification models route each one, flag the missing pages, and hand clean structured records to the system of record.
Operational copilots for frontline teams
Dispatchers, schedulers, and service leads get an internal assistant trained on their SOPs, contracts, and live system data, so answers come back in seconds instead of three Slack threads and a phone call.
“We had quotes from two dev shops that both wanted to bill hourly for a discovery phase. APPIT gave us a fixed number, a twelve week date, and hit it. The system runs our order intake now and the code sits in our own GitHub.”
FAQ
Questions, answered.
How much does custom AI software development cost?
Most of our custom AI projects land between $45,000 and $250,000, quoted as a fixed project cost rather than an hourly rate. A single-workflow build with two or three integrations typically sits at the lower end and ships in 4 to 6 weeks; a multi-department platform with complex data work sits at the upper end and runs 10 to 12 weeks. You see the full number and the delivery date before anything is signed.
Can AI build me a software program?
AI can write large portions of the code, and our engineers use it heavily to move faster. What it cannot do on its own is decide how your approval chain works, reconcile a decade of messy ERP data, or take responsibility when a model gets a price wrong. That's the part a dedicated team handles, which is why our projects ship as maintained, documented systems rather than a pile of generated files.
Do we actually own the software you build?
Yes. The source code, the prompts, the fine-tuned models, and the infrastructure definitions are all assigned to you at project close, and we hand over documentation so another team could pick it up. There is no per-seat AI fee and no licensing arrangement that holds the system hostage. If you want us to keep running it, that's a separate managed-services agreement you can end at any time.
How is this different from hiring a traditional development agency?
Generalist dev shops treat AI as a feature they subcontract or bolt on at the end. We start from the AI architecture: what the model needs to see, how accuracy gets measured, where a human has to approve, and what happens when confidence drops. That's why our builds come with evaluation suites and fallback paths instead of a demo that degrades quietly in month three.
