Conversational AI that gives people real answers
Voice, web chat, WhatsApp, SMS, and email — one assistant grounded in your own content, that resolves what it can and hands over cleanly when it can't.

How it works
Conversational AI is software that holds a genuine back-and-forth with a person — understanding what they meant, not just what they typed, and doing something about it. The version worth deploying does three things a scripted chatbot never could: it answers from your actual documentation, it takes real actions in your systems, and it knows when to stop and fetch a human. Get those right and it stops being a deflection tool and starts being the fastest way to reach your company.
Grounded in your content, not the open internet
Every answer traces back to a document, policy, or record you control — and when there's no source, it says so.
- Retrieval over your help centre, policies, product docs, past tickets, and PDFs
- Answers cite their source so agents and customers can verify in one click
- Explicit refusal behaviour: no source, no answer, straight to a human instead of a guess
- Content updates propagate in minutes, so a changed policy doesn't live on in the bot for weeks
One assistant, every channel
The same knowledge, tone, and permissions whether someone calls, chats, messages, or emails.
- Natural voice with sub-second response, barge-in, and accurate handling of names and numbers
- Web chat, WhatsApp, SMS, email, and in-app, sharing one conversation history per customer
- Real actions via your systems: check an order, reschedule, issue a refund, book the meeting
- Brand voice tuned from your own transcripts, then reviewed by your team before launch
Escalation, guardrails, and evidence
Built for the conversations that carry money, health data, or a complaint attached.
- Warm handoff with full transcript and summary, so nobody repeats themselves to a person
- PII detection and redaction, plus configurable retention and data residency
- SOC 2 aligned controls, prompt-injection defences, and topic boundaries you define
- Quality dashboards with containment, CSAT, escalation reasons, and reviewable transcripts
Where teams use it
Built for real revenue work.
Tier-1 customer support, around the clock
Order status, returns, billing questions, and password resets resolve in the conversation itself. Human agents keep the complex cases and typically handle them faster, because the context arrives with the ticket.
Inbound qualification and booking
The assistant engages every visitor and caller in seconds, asks the qualifying questions your reps would, and books straight into the right calendar. Leads that used to go cold overnight get answered at 2am.
Internal HR and IT helpdesk
Employees ask about leave balances, expense policy, or a locked account and get an answer with the policy attached — cutting the routine ticket volume that keeps internal teams from real project work.
“We'd tried a scripted bot and customers hated it, mostly because it couldn't do anything. This one checks the order, changes the delivery date, and tells you when it isn't sure — our CSAT went up, which nobody on the team expected.”
FAQ
Questions, answered.
What is conversational AI?
Conversational AI is technology that lets software understand and respond in natural language across voice and text, using language models, retrieval, and speech recognition rather than a fixed decision tree. Unlike a scripted chatbot, it handles phrasing it has never seen, holds context across a multi-turn conversation, and can call your systems to actually complete a task. In practice, the difference customers notice is that they can just describe their problem instead of choosing from a menu.
How is this different from the chatbot we already have?
Most existing chatbots match keywords to canned replies, which is why they fail the moment someone phrases things their own way. A properly built conversational AI understands intent, answers from your live documentation with citations, and has permission to take actions like rescheduling a delivery or issuing a credit. It also knows its limits — the escalation logic is a designed feature, not a fallback for when the script runs out.
How do you stop it from making things up?
We ground every answer in retrieval over your approved content and require a source before the assistant responds on factual questions. Topic boundaries, confidence thresholds, and refusal behaviour are configured per use case, so anything outside scope routes to a human rather than getting improvised. Before launch we run adversarial testing against your real transcripts, and after launch you get transcript review with flagging so quality is measured, not assumed.
How long does deployment take and what does it integrate with?
A web and email assistant is typically live in four to six weeks; adding voice and multi-system actions takes eight to twelve. We integrate with Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom, Freshdesk, Twilio, Genesys, and custom APIs, and we can run in your cloud if data residency requires it. The build is a fixed project cost, and the assistant is yours — including prompts, code, and conversation data.
