Quote More Submissions and Settle Claims Days Sooner
Custom AI for carriers, brokers and MGAs that reads submissions, triages against appetite, opens claims from first notice and abstracts policy wordings you can cite.

How it works
The bottleneck in insurance is rarely pricing — it is everything that has to happen before an underwriter or adjuster can act. Acord forms, loss runs, schedules of values, broker emails and photographs all have to be read, checked and entered by someone. We build AI that does that reading, applies your appetite and coverage rules, and presents a decision-ready file. (For pipeline, producers and renewals management, see our Insurance CRM.)
Submission Intake and Clearance
Every broker email becomes a structured submission with its attachments read, its data checked and its clearance already run.
- Acord forms, loss runs, SOVs and schedules parsed from mixed attachments
- Duplicate and broker-of-record clearance before an underwriter is involved
- Missing-information requests drafted and sent back to the broker automatically
- Complete submissions written into your policy admin system, not a side database
Underwriting Triage and Appetite Scoring
Submissions ranked against your written appetite, capacity and loss history so underwriters open the ones worth their time first.
- In-appetite, referral or decline scoring with the reasons stated
- Exposure enrichment from property, geospatial and firmographic sources
- Prior loss analysis summarised with the loss runs cited
- Referral rules and authority limits enforced per underwriter and class
FNOL and Claims Processing
First notice captured from any channel, coverage checked against the actual policy, and the file built before the adjuster picks it up.
- Intake by phone, portal, email or broker file with structured capture
- Coverage verification against the bound wording and endorsements
- Severity and complexity routing to the right adjuster or vendor
- Estimate, invoice and medical document review with exceptions flagged
Where teams use it
Built for real revenue work.
Policy Document Abstraction
Pull limits, sublimits, deductibles, exclusions and endorsement effects out of bound wordings and manuscript forms into a structured, queryable record. Every extracted value links back to the clause it came from.
Fraud Signals in Claims
Score claims on network relationships, timing patterns, prior loss history and document inconsistencies, with a written rationale for the SIU referral. Investigators get a case file, not an unexplained flag.
Renewals and Endorsement Processing
Compare expiring terms against renewal submissions, surface exposure and wording changes, and process routine endorsements straight through. Underwriters review differences instead of re-reading whole files.
“We were declining business we wanted simply because submissions sat in the queue for three days. Now they are triaged within the hour and our underwriters spend their time on the risks that need judgment.”
FAQ
Questions, answered.
Does this replace our policy administration or claims system?
No. It sits in front of them and feeds them cleaner, faster input. We integrate with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Applied Epic, Sapiens and in-house platforms through their APIs or file interfaces, and write results back into the system of record. Your book of record does not move.
How do you stop the model inventing terms when reading policy wordings?
Extraction is grounded in the document itself: every value carries a citation to the clause and page it came from, and anything below the confidence threshold is routed to a person. The system is built to say it does not know rather than fill a gap. Underwriters and adjusters can see the source text next to every field.
Our submissions arrive in every format imaginable. Will it cope?
That is the normal starting point. We train against your actual broker traffic, including scanned Acord forms, spreadsheet SOVs, PDF loss runs and free-text emails. Formats we cannot parse confidently are surfaced for handling rather than dropped, and coverage improves as the system sees more of each broker's material.
How long does a build take and what does it cost?
A single workflow such as submission intake or FNOL typically goes live in four to eight weeks; a broader programme runs eight to twelve. Projects are quoted at a fixed cost with a dedicated team, run on 99.9% uptime infrastructure, and you own the resulting platform and models.
