Build a SaaS product that holds up when it starts scaling
Multi-tenancy, billing, auth, and AI designed in from the first sprint by a dedicated senior team - at a fixed project cost, on a platform and codebase you own.

How it works
The expensive part of SaaS isn't the first release - it's the rewrite you're forced into at customer fifty, when tenant isolation, billing edge cases, and audit requirements all arrive at once. We build the boring foundations correctly on the first pass: tenancy, permissions, metering, observability, and an AI layer that has a cost model behind it. The result is a platform your team can extend for years, owned entirely by you, delivered by a senior team that stays with the project from architecture through launch.
Multi-tenant architecture, done once and done right
Tenant isolation, roles, and data boundaries are designed before the first feature ships, not patched in after your first enterprise deal demands them.
- Row-level or schema-level isolation matched to your buyers
- Org, team, and role permissions built into the data model
- Usage metering wired to billing from the start
- Self-serve and enterprise onboarding paths in one codebase
AI that's part of the product, not a feature flag
We build AI capability into the core workflow with the evaluation, guardrails, and unit economics that make it safe to sell.
- Retrieval and context design over your customers' own data
- Per-tenant usage limits and cost controls
- Offline evals so quality changes are caught before customers do
- Vendor-agnostic model layer you can re-point at any time
Security and compliance built into the build
We develop against SOC 2 aligned controls so your first security questionnaire is an afternoon, not a quarter.
- Audit logging, encryption, and access reviews from day one
- SSO, SCIM, and enterprise auth ready when procurement asks
- Infrastructure as code in your own cloud accounts
- Documentation and evidence trails your auditor will accept
Where teams use it
Built for real revenue work.
Turning an internal tool into a commercial product
You've run a process internally for years and customers keep asking to buy it. We handle the hard part - making a single-tenant tool safely multi-tenant, billable, and sellable.
Replacing a no-code stack that hit its ceiling
Per-record pricing, slow queries, and no real data control eventually cost more than a proper build. We migrate the product and its customers onto owned infrastructure without a service interruption.
Adding an AI tier to an existing platform
We integrate AI capability into your live SaaS product as a priced tier, complete with usage metering and cost controls, so it becomes margin rather than an experiment.
Rescuing a stalled offshore build
We audit the existing codebase, tell you plainly what's salvageable, and take the platform to launch with a team that doesn't rotate every quarter.
“Our previous vendor spent eleven months and never got past a demo. Leadify audited the code, rebuilt the tenancy layer, and had us selling to enterprise accounts in fourteen weeks - security review passed on the first attempt.”
FAQ
Questions, answered.
How long does it take to build a SaaS product?
A commercial v1 with multi-tenancy, billing, and a core workflow typically takes 10 to 16 weeks with a dedicated team. Narrower products aimed at a single use case can reach production in as little as 8. What actually moves the timeline is integration count and compliance scope, not feature count - three third-party systems and a SOC 2 requirement will add more weeks than twenty extra screens.
Do I own the code you build?
Yes. Source code, infrastructure, designs, data, and any AI prompts or fine-tuned models we build are yours, transferred as we go rather than held back until final payment. Everything runs in your own cloud accounts, so there's no platform of ours sitting between you and your customers. If you hire an in-house team next year, they inherit a documented codebase, not a black box.
Can you take over an existing SaaS product?
Regularly. We start with a paid two-week audit covering architecture, security, test coverage, and cloud cost, and we tell you honestly whether to extend the current codebase or rebuild the core. Most takeovers are extendable - full rewrites are the exception, not our default recommendation. You get the audit findings whether or not you continue with us.
How do you price a SaaS build?
Fixed project cost, quoted after discovery, broken into milestone payments tied to working software you can log into. Most v1 platforms run between $80,000 and $250,000 depending on integration and compliance scope. Ongoing work after launch is a monthly dedicated-team engagement you can stop at any time without losing access to anything.
