How does no-show prediction work, and what data does it need?
It learns from your own appointment history - lead time between booking and visit, booking channel, prior attendance, confirmation responses, day and time, and job type. Twelve months of records with clear outcomes is usually enough for reliable scoring. The output is a risk band per appointment that drives reminder intensity, deposit requirements, or double-booking policy, all under rules you set.
