How it works

Sales teams don't lose deals because reps are lazy. They lose them because a rep spends Monday researching accounts, Tuesday writing notes from Monday's calls, and Wednesday fixing fields that a forecast depends on. We build AI into the sales stack you already run — Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, your dialer, your data providers — so the research is waiting before the call, the notes and CRM updates write themselves after it, and the proposal draft is on the rep's desk the same afternoon instead of next Tuesday.

Account research that's finished before the call starts

A briefing on every scheduled meeting, assembled from public signals and your own history with the account.

  • Funding, hiring, tech stack, leadership changes and news pulled automatically
  • Every past email, ticket and closed-lost reason on the account summarized
  • Fit and timing scored against your real ICP definition, not a generic model
  • Delivered to Slack or the calendar invite 30 minutes before the meeting

Call capture that writes to the CRM itself

Recordings become structured records — summary, next steps, competitor mentions, and the fields your pipeline reports actually depend on.

  • MEDDIC, BANT or your own qualification framework filled from the transcript
  • Next steps created as dated tasks, not a paragraph nobody re-reads
  • Competitor, pricing objection and risk language flagged for the manager
  • Writes back to Salesforce or HubSpot within minutes of the call ending

Proposals and follow-ups drafted from the deal record

First drafts that reference what the buyer actually said, pulled from your approved language and current pricing.

  • Recap emails drafted in the rep's voice and sent for approval, not auto-sent
  • Proposal and SOW drafts built from approved templates and live price books
  • Security questionnaires and RFP responses pre-answered from past submissions
  • Legal-approved clause library enforced so nothing off-contract slips out

Where teams use it

Built for real revenue work.

SDR teams burning their week on list research

Instead of a rep opening 40 LinkedIn tabs, the system enriches, scores and disqualifies inbound and target accounts overnight. Reps start Monday with a working list and a reason to call each name on it.

Forecasts built on stale pipeline data

Close dates, next steps and stage criteria get validated against what was said on the last call, and deals with no recorded activity in 21 days are flagged before the forecast call rather than after the quarter.

Territory or team handoffs

When an account changes owner, the new rep gets a generated account history — every commitment made, every objection raised, every promise still outstanding — instead of scrolling six months of activity records.

Our reps were spending Friday afternoons doing CRM cleanup and still shipping a forecast the CFO didn't believe. Now the notes and fields come off the call recording automatically, and the first forecast we ran on that data came in within four percent.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How is this different from the Leadify Sales CRM or the AI Sales Agent?

The Leadify Sales CRM is a platform you buy — pipeline, scoring, sequences, all included. The AI Sales Agent is our packaged agent that prospects and books meetings. This page is engineering work for teams who are keeping Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics and want AI wired into the way they already sell: your qualification framework, your proposal rules, your data sources. If you're open to replacing the CRM, look at the Sales CRM first — it's cheaper than building.

Do you replace Gong, Clari or Outreach?

Usually not, and we'll tell you when a product already does the job for less. We tend to get called in for the gaps those tools leave: pushing structured data into a homegrown system, applying a qualification framework that doesn't match the vendor's schema, or joining call data with product usage and billing that sits outside the sales stack. We integrate with what you own rather than arguing for a rip-and-replace.

Will reps actually use it?

Only if it shows up where they already work, which is why we ship into Slack, email, the calendar and the CRM record rather than a new dashboard. The other rule we hold to is that nothing customer-facing sends without a human clicking send — reps stop trusting a system the moment it emails a prospect something they wouldn't have written. Adoption typically stabilizes above 80% within a month when both hold true.

What happens to our data and our code?

You own the code, the prompts, the integrations and any fine-tuned model configuration — delivered to your repository at handover. Deployments run in your cloud account or in our SOC 2 environment with a 99.9% uptime commitment, and we contractually prohibit training third-party models on your CRM or call data. Pricing is a fixed project cost, not per-seat AI fees that scale with headcount.
