Do we need new sensors or a controls upgrade first?
Usually not. Most plants already log far more than they use, and our first step is a data audit against the tags you have. If a specific asset genuinely lacks instrumentation we will tell you which sensors matter and which are not worth the spend, before you commit to a build.
How does this connect to our ERP and MES?
Through documented APIs, database connectors, or file drops - whatever your systems support. We have integrated with SAP, Epicor, Infor, Plex, and homegrown MES platforms. Nothing is replaced; the AI reads from and writes back to the systems your team already lives in.
What happens if the model gets it wrong on the line?
Every model ships with a confidence threshold and a human fallback path. Inspection models route uncertain parts to an operator rather than auto-rejecting, and maintenance alerts carry the evidence behind them so a technician can overrule. Overrides are logged and feed the next retraining cycle.
